What is the return period after a purchase?

 

If the goods you received have quality problems, you can apply for a return within 72 hours after receiving the goods and upload relevant pictures to explain what quality problems there are.

No shipping costs are charged for returns if there are quality problems.

 

NOTICE: Specific issues will be determined after contacting our customer service on a case-by-case basis.

 

Lost goods will be compensated by making up the difference.

 

How do I request a refund?

  1. Open the store URL.
  2. Find "My Orders" and click the "Return" button.
  3. Check the product you need to return, check the reason for the return, and submit.
  4. Collect your package. Please write your order ID and contact information on a note so that we can process your return package as quickly as possible.
  5. Send the return package to the following address:

  1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  2. Before sending us the returned item, please double-check that the item you returned is correct. We are not responsible for returns on products not on this website.

How can I get a refund?

 

We will arrange to return your package to you within 3 working days of receiving it.

 

Refund Method: We will refund the money to the bank card provided to you by customer service.
